Located in the prestigious Royal Exchange development by Berkeley Group, InStyle Direct’s interior designer Emma Silburn worked her magic to transform a three-bedroom, 1066 sq ft property. Using InStyle’s Gold Furniture Package, Emma dressed the space for rental purposes.

The goal was to create an inviting and functional environment for potential tenants. Emma and the InStyle team achieved this by selecting the Gold Furniture Package, carefully chosen accessories, and stylish window dressing. The White Gold colour scheme perfectly complemented the apartment’s features and the desired market.

One significant challenge was successfully navigated by Emma: adjusting the quality of the package seamlessly when the client’s plans changed from personal residence to rental. Incorporating voiles and curtains to enhance the apartment’s breathtaking views, set this project apart.
