InStyle partnered with the Berkeley Group to furnish a three-bed showhome at the prestigious West End Gate. The target audience for this project included investor landlords and owner-occupiers both in the UK and overseas. The project included thoughtful space planning in the living room with precisely placed furniture for a family setting and the incorporation of wall panelling techniques. With previous successes in mind, the designers chose our Tailored Furniture Package with light, neutral colour scheme with vibrant paprika and subtle tones for a cosy, inviting ambience. Key furniture pieces, like the master bedroom headboard, the dining table and the display shelving, featured elegant organic shapes that mirrored the wallpaper’s design motifs.

The results spoke for themselves! The unit received an immediate offer and was sold within four weeks of furnishing, much to the delight of the Berkeley team.
