Regents View is right by the Regent's Canal, where striking contemporary architecture meets the enduring spirit of Victorian engineering. The newest development we have worked on with Berkeley. We have worked with Berkeley for over a decade across various developments, creating show homes.
The brief was to ensure the interiors matched that ambition and gave prospective buyers something to genuinely connect with, and with a major developer event fast approaching, we had a tight delivery window.
From design sign-off through to final installation, the InStyle Direct team completed all four units in just under a month.
Delivering four schemes simultaneously is always a significant logistical challenge, and this project required the coordinated effort of everyone involved, managing furniture orders, layouts, and deliveries across multiple units at once.
Beyond the timeline, each apartment needed a unique personality while still feeling connected to a single, coherent development story. The spaces also had to work commercially while also remaining personal for prospective buyers. And all of that had to be achieved without stretching time or budget further.
Our designer, Nicole's, starting point was to give each apartment a distinct identity while keeping a cohesive, contemporary thread running through all four. The Gold furniture pack worked as the foundation across the scheme, with Diamond and upgraded pieces introduced where they would genuinely shift how a space felt rather than being scattered for the sake of it.
Our team focused on details that stand out – feature walls, considered artwork, layered greenery and accent pieces positioned where they create warmth and visual interest without overcrowding the layout.
To frame the stunning views, we kept those spaces lighter on purpose, using subtle decor to guide the eye toward the windows rather than compete with them.
We kept the layout practical and functional, like desks by the window, an accent chair that brightens up flat corners, or a design-forward yet sensible side table that just makes sense. Individually, they are small things, but together they make an apartment feel finished and liveable, rather than dressed for photography.
Designed to drive interest and assist the sales process, the four units were completed ahead of the developer event and are already helping prospective buyers visualise life at Regent's View. Each apartment has its own feel while clearly belonging to the same refined, on-brand aesthetic that reflects both the architecture and the energy of the wider area.
For Berkeley, it was a strategic move to bring the development to life at exactly the right moment, giving buyers the context they need to move from interest to genuine consideration.
