Her career has taken her from luxury housing and high-profile developments to award-winning fabrication firms, giving her hands-on experience in property, fit-outs, and the commercial and hospitality sectors.

With a strong track record in property development and furnishing, Sian brings a creative flair to InStyle Direct, designing interiors that feel personal, uplifting, and functional. Damini enjoys exploring colour, especially pastels, which give her a unique perspective, as seen in her recent scheme for Benham and Reeves’ Malaysia office.

Damini finds her design inspiration in travel, painting, literature, and art exhibitions. Exploring new cultures, experimenting with colours, and visualising spaces through stories all influence her design approach.

London's blend of heritage and innovation inspires her daily. She particularly admires the Serpentine Gallery's bold use of curves and colour. For her, the UK property market is exciting because it’s constantly evolving, offering the chance to design interiors that are fresh, distinctive, and timeless.
