Amar Tours a Grade II Listed Refurbishment | £5K to £13K Monthly Rent

Join Amar from InStyle Direct for a walkthrough of one of our recently completed Grade II listed refurbishment projects in Bayswater, London.

Having remained largely untouched for around 30 years, this property needed a complete refurbishment rather than a simple refresh. Amar talks through some of the decisions behind the project, from working within listed building requirements and bringing original character back to life, to reconfiguring the property for modern living.

The refurbishment was delivered by our in-house team and included a new layout, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, bespoke joinery and conservation-appropriate replacement windows, alongside the careful restoration of original features.

The result? Monthly rent increased from £5,000 to £13,000, a 160% uplift, and the property was let to the very first viewer.
